What is DealPass ?
DealPass is your one-stop center for online and in-store savings! DealPass
offers website visitors access to a wide range of shopping tools -- such as
grocery coupons, a price comparison tool, a travel reservation booking engine,
seasonal deals, special offers, helpful tips, free downloads and more -- so
that shopping and saving is easy and fun.
Members of our low- and no-cost savings programs also log in at
DealPass for access to their program benefits. By hosting several savings
programs at one location, DealPass is able to use the purchasing power of the
programs' combined 10 million active members to negotiate special rates on
goods and services that consumers can't get on their own.

How do I unsubscribe?
DealPass does not capture email addresses nor do we solicit emails from
visitors to our main website.
If you belong to one of our savings programs, you may have
provided us your email address so we could send out your log in information. If
you have received an email from one of our membership program, you must login
to your program website to change your email address.
Are the testimonials and member pictures I see
on DealPass real?
Yes, they are! They're real members telling how they've really
saved money with the program!

Yes, there are! Even if you're not a program member, you can

Membership offers change periodically; be sure to check back often for the

When do I receive my Member ID #?
When you join a program through DealPass, you will receive your membership
ID and log in information immediately after completing the enrollment process,
or it will be emailed to the address you entered during the enrollment process.
Be sure to jot down the member ID or print your confirmation page or email so
you can access your money saving benefits right away! Remember to keep this
information for future use.

MEMBER QUESTIONS:
How do I cancel my membership?
Log in to your membership program and visit your "My Account" page to see
if you can cancel online. If this option is not available, call Members Savings
at the toll-free number listed on your programs "Contact Us" page, or email a
member savings representative directly.

How do I know if my membership has been
cancelled?
Log in to your membership website and view your my "Account page" to see
your account status.

I'm already a member of one DealPass
program. Can I join another?
Absolutely! You may join as many DealPass programs as you like. Every
DealPass program offers savings for a different area of your life. The more
programs you belong to, the greater your savings in every part of your life!
Please note, there is a per household limit of one enrollment within a specific
savings program every twelve months.

Do the membership benefits apply for my
whole family?
Yes! The members of your immediate family, including your spouse, and
dependent children who are living in your household at your current address may
take advantage of your member benefits.

How do I access my benefits?
If you're already a member of one of these programs, just enter your
Membership ID and ZIP Code in the upper left area of this page to log in and
access your benefits.

What do I do if I forgot my membership
ID#?
Visit the Contact Us
page and send us an e-mail. Be sure to include your name, address and the name
of the program you belong to.

How do I change my address on file?
Simply visit our Contact
Us page to send an e-mail. Be sure to include your name,
program name, membership ID#, old address and new address for the address
change.

Is the DealPass website secure?
Yes. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to protect your credit card
information from unauthorized access. When you place an order online, the SSL
scrambles or encrypts your information before it is sent to us over the
Internet. This protects your credit card information from being read while it
is transferred through cyberspace. When we receive your order, the information
is kept encrypted until we are ready to process your request. In addition, we
meet all of the stringent requirements of the Verisign(TM) security seal for
all online transactions.
